Permissions Who may see something. You set them on a folder or menu item: Anonymous (everyone), User (logged-in visitors), Webmaster or a permission group. With Inherit, everything in the folder gets the same permissions.
Group A group of users, for example for a mailing. A permission group (with a key) also decides what its members may see.
Filter The bar above a long list to show only the items you are looking for.
Bulk Changing, moving or deleting many items at once via More.
Trash Everything you delete ends up here. You can restore it via Tools & Settings > Trash.
Version Xanti keeps every change. With More > Previous Versions you restore an earlier version. All changes to the website are in the Change History.
Filemanager The place for public files, such as photos and PDFs on your website.
Attachment A file that belongs to one item. Only people who may see the item can open it.
Link Check A list of dead links in your texts: links to pages that were moved or deleted. You find it on the dashboard under Checks.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) Logging in with your password and a code from an app on your phone.
API token A key that lets a program work in your website as a user, with the same permissions. Also called an API key. Only users in the API group can have one.
