Logging in to the admin

You manage your website in the admin. To open it, go to your website's address with /admin after it.

Logging in

  1. Go to your website's address with /admin after it, for example https://www.example.com/admin.
  2. Enter your e-mail address at E-mail.
  3. Enter your password at Password. Click the eye icon on the right of the field if you want to see what you type.
  4. Tick Remember my e-mail address if you want your e-mail address filled in next time. Your password is never remembered.
  5. Click Login.
  6. Have you turned on two-factor authentication? Then enter the code from the app on your phone.

The login screen of the admin

To log out, click the button with the person icon at the top right (Account-menu) and then Sign out.

Can't log in?

  • E-mail/Password combination is incorrect. Check your e-mail address and password. Watch out for capital letters. Only users with the Webmaster right can log in to the admin. Members and other users log in on the website itself.
  • Your password no longer meets the security requirements and must be changed. Your password is correct, but it is no longer secure enough. Set a new password as described below.
  • After a great many failed attempts, logging in is blocked for a while for that e-mail address or that internet connection. In that case, contact the helpdesk.

Forgot your password

  1. On the login screen, click Reset your password?
  2. Enter your E-mail address and click Reset password.
  3. Open the e-mail you receive and click the link. The link works once and stays valid for 60 minutes.
  4. Enter the same new password twice, at New Password and Re-enter new password.
  5. Click Change password, then log in with the new password.

No e-mail? Look in your junk mail (spam) folder. You always see the message that the e-mail has been sent, even if the e-mail address is not known. If you don't see the link Reset your password?, this feature is turned off on your website. Ask another webmaster to set a new password for you.
