Visitor statistics

How many visitors does your website have and which pages are viewed most? A small chart is on the dashboard; you find the full report under Statistics.

The chart on the dashboard

The dashboard has a Statistics block with a chart of the number of visits (Visits).

  1. Use the buttons at the top right to choose the period: 30D (the last 30 days), M (a month) or Y (a year). For a year you also see the number of unique visitors (Unique).
  2. Use the arrows to go to the previous or next month or year.
  3. Click More for the full report.

The full report

  1. Click the Tools & Settings icon at the top (the sliders) and choose Statistics.
  2. In the menu on the left, click Web analytics.
  3. At the top of the report, choose the month or year you want to see.

Among other things, the report shows:

  • unique visitors: each device counts once per period, even if it comes back more often;
  • visits: a visitor who does nothing for an hour and then comes back counts as a new visit;
  • pages: the number of pages viewed, not counting images and other files;
  • the most viewed pages, the pages where visitors enter, and the websites and search words that led them to you.

The report comes from the log files of the web server and is not updated immediately: you often see today's visits only later. Search engines and other robots also visit your website; the report counts them separately as much as possible. If you see No web analytics available., there are no statistics for your website (yet).

The Statistics menu also has other overviews, such as Last logins, the Change History and Search & sharing.
